Stuck with a terrible stomach flu/food poisoning. I don't know how I managed to endure the 13 hr flight back home from London 😣😣😣
My very concerned fiancé even turned up at the airport to help with my baggage as the crew wheelchaired me up the taxi.
I feel so blessed and grateful for having such people around me ❤️
