After much persuasion from my Husband…. I finally dyed my hair in a darker colour! Hahaha the pains of gg thru bottles of black hair spray and anxiety that triggers with the popular question ” got enough black hair spray anot?”

So during my day off, I consulted Steve from Salon Vim Bugis with regards to my options. I bleached the bottom part of my hair about 2 months ago and had the most gorgeous shade of metallic grey. Sadly, the colour didn’t last though I was careful and only used the recommended colour shampoo from kerastase. After 1 1/2 weeks, I was a blonde babe 🙈 and honestly I HATED it!!!!!!

I was buying time the last 2 weeks… pondering if I should embrace the bleach and dye a rose gold pink ( which I always wanted) or just cover up everything. I chose the latter.

This is my two cents worth but if anyone decides to bleach their hair, make sure you’ve got the time and patience to commit to it. Otherwise, Please don’t be tempted k!!! If not you’ll end up in a scenario like mine.

I chose a very dark brown shade almost akin to black but under sunlight, you’ll be able to see the brown. Reason being, the darker brown would help cover up the bleach portion. I would require abt 2 times of hair dye in order to fully cover up the bleach part.. next alternative is to cut it all off which is 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ no no.

As my hair is constantly being dyed the past year, Steve recommended me to do their signature texture double treatment to improve my current hair condition state and also help retain the colour of my dyed hair by strengthening it.

Seriously, I’m beyond blessed to have Steve!!! Haha my hair is ultra glossy right now and seems so unreal 🙇🏻‍♀️ it definitely looks healthier than before!!

This is day 2 of my hair! I’m suppose to only wash my hair on day 2 night so as to lock the treatment in my locks! Under sunlight there’s a tinge of brown undertones 🤗
